Blurred photos on Instagram ?

Hi there, I have the iPhone X now however this problem also occurred when I had the iPhone 6, if someone could help I would be so grateful! I post clear pics on Instagram and then after a few days they blur slightly, and lose the sharpness ! My business is run through Instagram so the pics are so important, so if anyone could advise please help!! Thank you x
