Unknown Computer in Network

A device recently showed up on my network and I have no idea what it is. It is titled R6250, says it's a mac but when I do "get info" it just spins forever in the "more info" section....ie I get no new info.

The Mac Mini is mine and it is the only other computer on the network. I do have other devices, ipad, 2 iphones, Amazon Fire, Smart TV and a Roku. But these were all connected and working for months before this R6250 showed up.

I'm worried this is some sort of nefarious software or something causing this.
