Clean Drive
MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS Sierra (10.12.6)
This is one of the utility programs in Parallels Toolbox (https://www.parallels.com/products/toolbox/). Do you have that installed?

Please install EtreCheck and post the report.
Reposting this reply I just wrote on another thread (Launch Clean Drive), I had the same situation as you this morning!
---
I had that Clean Drive notice pop up this morning and thought it was weird malware, thanks for the heads up that it came w/ Parallels - just installed for the first time last week. I couldn't find the developer site, but page 30 of the Parallels User Guide gives more info (although not a ton) about the types of files Clean Drive deletes: http://download.parallels.com/toolbox/v2/docs/en_US/Parallels%20Toolbox%20User
The parallels "clean drive" tagged articles aren't much help either, mostly promo copy: http://blog.parallels.com/tag/clean-drive/
I'm also suspicious about how it identifies items to delete. It suggested I clean up 2.6 GB of "Old updates" and 2.3 GD of "iOS device backups" but this is brand new, week old laptop that I haven't updated anything on yet. To my knowledge, my update settings are all manual and it wasn't restored from any backups that might have contained old update data. The only backup I've put on it is one iPad update a few days ago, so keep in mind it could be flagging all iOS backups to delete and you might be losing recent iOS backups and updates if you leave those two boxes checked.
I ran it as an experiment and let it clear my cache, trash and log files and it did fine with that, though.
Its part of Parallels. I guess from new V13 (2.5 for Clean Drive), which is coincidental with when this pop up started appearing
Hi, I found it is a free application as part of the Parallels system. Start it up then go to tool box. You'll find it there..
Have you checked your Applications folder to see if the program is there?
Your question about clean drive: here is what I found:
https://lifehacker.com/5403448/clean-drive-finds-and-deletes-old-files
Seems to be for Windows systems. But, even if it isn't, there is no need to run such an app on a Mac - any of these apps will clean Macs so well that they also may be deleting needed system files.

You should run EtreCheck from your admin account but first you may want to reinstall the OS.
