iPhone SE Goes Crazy When I Plug in Headphones

Whenever I plug in headphones (any headphones) my iPhone SE will go crazy, Siri will go on at random times, if I am listening to music the song would speed up and slow down, change songs randomly, and when I am Face Timing the phone will hang up on the call and when someone tried to call me back the phone would immediately decline. Another reason I know its the phone and not the headphones are when I tap the top left-hand corner right below the camera there is something moving around so I just need it fixed.
