What are "hidden purchases?"
iPad, iOS 6.1.3
When you hide a purchase it stops it showing in the Purchased section for redownloading (e.g. old apps that you no longer want to show in the cloud), to get it to show there again you need to unhide it.
Does this indicate that someone has hacked my account?
Not necessarily. Has anybody ever used your device(s) or computer(s) and could have downloaded them ? If not change the account's password.
I've never taken the step of hiding any purchases.
When items are deleted from a device they could become hidden, depending upon what option was chosen when deleting them.
Thanks for the fast reply. I've never taken the step of hiding any purchases. All of the "hidden purchases" that show up when I look at My Account are items I do not recognize and did not download. Does this indicate that someone has hacked my account?
Thanks for the advice! I really appreciate it. My computer is used only by me, but regular password changes would seem to be prudent.
