I have a Macbook Air and suddenly I am not able to login into the system as keyboard is not behaving properly and delete Key is selecting and deleting the whole word

I have a Macbook Air and suddenly I am not able to login into the system as keyboard is not behaving properly and delete Key is selecting and deleting the whole word, Keys Q, W, A, S, Z, X when typed once showing two characters in the password field

Try a safe boot, Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support

If that doesn't work, call your local Apple Store and make an appointment for them to examine it. They will tell you your alternatives afterwards.
