how to give access to photos and cameras to an organisation app. It doesnt show app in Privacy settings.

I have downloaded this app using organisations MDM. The app requires access to Photos and Cameras. Whenever I try to open Photos or Camera using the app, app crashes. When checked in Privacy Settings, app is not shown in Photos or in Camera settings. Please tell me how to give access to photos and cameras to an organisation app.
