Can you change type style to dots?
Is it possible to type letters in Pages that are made of dots rather than solid lines?
This would be for children to write over when learning to write...

yes, you need to download a font that is suitable
for instance
http://www.fontspace.com/category/dotted
open the containing folder then install the font file; it may be otf, or ttf; by clicking it and selecting Install Font
then open Pages, select the font from the font list, change the size if you want to make it bigger for kids and print it.
