MacBookPro restarts after USB drive is connected

Every time USB drive connected and mounts - computer restarts, otherwise it works normally. I've used this drive for a long time and never experienced issues. The difference is that I've connected BENQ monitor via HDMI and added Logitech K750 wireless keyboard that is using same usb transmitter I've always used with my Logitech mouse. I've also installed Logitech Unifying software. This started happening after few days. I've tried:

-Disconeecting all external devices - no effect

-Resetting SMC (followed instructions, but MagSafe adapter is not briefly changing color, maybe it was not reset)

-Removing Logitech Unifying software by moving it from Applications to trash and deleting - no effect.

This Mac is out of warranty... :-( Any ideas, please help... I cannot translate panic report below unfortunately...
