iPhone X screen delay problem on calls

Dear Apple,

Please tell me when you will find a sollution of this problem? It’s a software glich, it’s a hardware problem? I work from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM and I have lots and lots of calls, business calls, can you understand the term business calls, like other guys on this topic with this problem, involves time and money. I am a iPhone user for some years, for some specific reasons, you cannot break this product with such a joke, a 1000$ phone can’t wake up the display when someone calls. Can you imagine that a Alcatel 311 One touch can ring, vibrate and display who is calling you at the same time? And this happened 17 years ago :) think about it, please understand your position in the market and, I repeat, understand that some kind of issues can’t happen, period, they can’t just happen.

So, if you are kind enough, and I’ve seen you are a level 8 member, and, I guess that you have a clue about this matter, can you give me a link or a hint where I can discuss this problem with someone advised in this matters, from Apple support, of course, because I tried to find a way to discuss with someone from Apple but I didn’t find it on the web site, in my country region.

This is a user to user technical forum there is no Apple here, you wouldn't known that when you read the TOS when you sign up for this forum Mr. Business man.
