More than a delay call display Issue (NOV 2018)

My iPhone 8 Plus is currently facing these issues:

1. The call screen from incoming calls DO NOT show AT ALL. Ive read that some of you see them after a few caller ringtones. Not mine.

2. Delayed call screen when making outgoing calls. Infact, a strange incident happened; Some days ago, was just trying to wish a friend a Happy Birthday call, so I selected the number, but it was so delayed, I clicked again, it then began to ring. After the Birthday person receives the call, my phone tells me Im making another outgoing call, TO THE SAME PERSON. So it asks me if I want to put the person on hold to continue with that call?? What in the world. Was one unique Birthday wish!

3. Today, Ive even managed to record my screen to show you how long it takes, that it doesn;t even show incoming calls and goes to a MISSED CALL.

Apple, I have been an Apple user for years now, and this is the result of increased prices? Techy features, but a complete malfunction for such simple functions?
