paypal doesn't work

You can contact iTunes directly via a variety of methods to find out what's going on (which I've done many times t/out the years & they've been great to work with and definitely, to find out exactly what I need to do) or try a different payment method.

So what did PayPal say when you contacted them?

I have the exact same question as the original poster. Sending us to the iTunes support main page is not the solution, so please stop posting that link as a reply. My child when he was five, or anyone else at a Malaysian support center could offer that solution.
