I recently updated the software on my iphone 5s to iOS 11.2.6 and now it won't stay connected to my wifi at home. It asks me which "which wireless network?" with every activity, several times a minute. I have tried clicking "renew lease" but it does not change. It also constantly disconnects from the wifi. My macbook is at the far end of the house from our router and has no problem.

I read your answer, alex_h1, tried all the troubleshooting steps, and got to #7 in the instructions (Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings) and it worked! My download speed went from between 1.5-6 to 22.5! Thank you so much for your help. I can now delay replacing my phone until I am really ready to spend the money.
