Hey guys, my son's WD My Passport External HDD is now asking to format whenever plugged in. He would like to reformat so it could be used plug and play into either Mac or PC, how can I best do this please?

Oh, doing some more research I found this link here which gives instructions on formatting to ex-fat or file 32.

My research is showing that with both ex-fat or fat32 there will be a file size limit so is there any option for this please for plug play mac and PC without any files size limits?
