Why I can't add music to my playlist on my iPad Air 2?

It appears you're having some difficulty adding songs to a playlist on your iPad Air 2 with your Apple Music subscription. I'm happy to help.
Turn on iCloud Music Library -- Make sure "Show Apple Music" and "iCloud Music Library" is turned on. Go to Settings > Music to check.
If those settings were already on, please provide more detail on what happens when you attempt to add a song to your playlist.
