Battery no longer charges at all I only had For just over a week battery really really so bad I’m not happy about that I watch series 3 :-(

If you've only had it for just over a week, one option would be to return it. See Apple's return policy: Returns & Refunds - Shopping Help - Apple


The other option would be to have it serviced under warranty: Apple Watch Service Answer Center - Apple Support
