Excel to Numbers

I would like to open an excel file in Numbers, but without losing the same formulas as the original windows file.

It's possible?

It is an income and expenses table. (but from excel) When I open the table in Numbers, I lose too many formulas (almost all) that the original file used to had.

In the following link, there is the excel file. If it is possible to have it in Numbers it would be great.
