My iphone X says iphone is disabled / connect to itunes but when i connect to itunes, it tells me that it can't connect because the value is missing. has anyone experienced this before? help please.

What version of iTunes are you using? You need iTunes 12.7 or later to communicate to your iPhone X.

I have this problem, but your answer is very wrong. My iTunes is 12.7.4. and it still say's `iTunes could not connect to this iPhone. The value is missing´
