call forwarding

My iPhone 7 w/ Xfinity/Verizon does not have a call forwarding switch. Why not? How do I forward calls?

It should be in Settings | Phone | Call Forwarding

If you don't see it then you need to contact your carrier to see if your plan includes call forwarding.
