icloud make a storage on my new macbook pro and online. i want it only online what can i do about it.

iCloud is not a cloud storage solution - it is a syncing service adn you can not have things only on iCloud and not on your Mac - you can optimize storage on your Mac to reduce storage requirements but you can not eliminate local storage
