Printer suddenly won’t print from iPad or iphone

these devices worked the other day with my hp printer. Now it says no AirPrint printers found. i haven’t changed any settings.

iPad Wi-Fi, iOS 11.2.6, iPhone 8 Plus

Do you have any devices that can communicate with your printer? If not, maybe the problem lies with the printer (powered off, lost network connection, switched to a different network, AirPrint switched off, et cetera).
