How do I get back my photos from the iCloud?

I just got a new phone today and everything like my contacts and apps are here, but my photos are not. I backed everything up to iCloud, including photos, but they did not transfer. Apple took my old phone and cleared it. Is there anything I can do?

You can!

First you'll need to check to make sure that you have iCloud Photo Library turned on in settings. If that isn't turned on, that is your problem.

If you're running iOS 11 or later, you can go to Settings > Tap your name at the top of settings > Tap iCloud > Tap Photos > turn ON iCloud photo library

Follow those steps, and so long as they really are saved in iCloud, watch your memories start pouring back in!

Good luck 🙂
