Tried reporting to Apple to get my money back but there wasn’t report a problem on the receipt they sent to me ,it’s like a fraud to me

Are you using a VPN? That may present problems with validating your login. It must have been working when you registered and paid for your subscription.

They says invalid username and password mean while it was the same email
