how do you fix error OXE80000015

I am trying to unlock my iphone 6s because I broke the screen and the screen tweaked out and locked itself out. i keep trying to connect it to my itunes to update it and reset it but it says error OXE80000015

Iphone 6 recovery/update error code "9" What is error code "9", and how can I get my iPhone 6 to update or do a recovery? This problem started out as a locked "apple" which would not complete a reboot operation during power on. After connecting to iTunes, the phone now displays a connector pointing to itunes icon. itunes will not do an update or recovery ... it indicates that neither can be completed due to error code "9".

ERROR CODE for RESTORING LOCKED IPHONE 7 Hi community, I keep getting the error code (0x80092010) when trying to update the new software on my locked phone. what tf does that meeaaan? Help. I have put in a SIM card, updated my Microsoft laptop, there's no iTunes update to be found so in theory I should be set but it refuses to work.
