WiFiAgent quit unexpectedly

I am getting a Problem Report for WiFiAgent

Running Yosemite 10.10.5

IMac Late 2009

Error message continues to popup.

I restarted computer. Message continues to popup.

I cannot find any reference to this error in google search. That has got to be a miracle-to be the first to have a problem.

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
