i am not able to update logic pro to .4

when i click on update in app store the button becomes grey and nothing happens, can you please support?

Im not able to update it’s taking much time I’m not able to update my software to 15.6 its 11.3.1 as I click software update the settings icon starts rotating but after much time there is 0 process. I did this 2-3 times
