Question: iTunes 12 for Mac: how to "download all" purchases?

How can I download all purchases from my iTunes account to a new Mac? In iTunes 10 you could view a list of all previous purchases, in the iTunes store with a button at the bottom to "download all" (see attached image). But now when iTunes 12.7.2 I can't find a way to "view all" previous purchases, or to "download all" - other than clicking each track individually. I have 3,700 previous purchases, so any help in downloading them would be gratefully appreciated.

Unfortunately, that does not help.

"I also have a problem - I do NOT have a "Download All" button to push??

Instead I see a "Download HD when available"

Without the Download All button I have to click on over 200 songs individually to down load them.

Any other suggestions?
