iTunes 12 for Mac: how to "download all" purchases?

How can I download all purchases from my iTunes account to a new Mac? In iTunes 10 you could view a list of all previous purchases, in the iTunes store with a button at the bottom to "download all" (see attached image). But now when iTunes 12.7.2 I can't find a way to "view all" previous purchases, or to "download all" - other than clicking each track individually. I have 3,700 previous purchases, so any help in downloading them would be gratefully appreciated.

MacBook Air, iOS 11.2.6

Without the Download All button I have to click on over 200 songs individually to down load them.

Any other suggestions?

From the 'Account' menu, sign in with your Apple ID and then choose 'Purchased' to see the list of previous purchases.
