I want to be able to view certain slides for longer

I want to change certain slides in my keynote presentation so that they are visible for a longer period of time in order that people can read and absorb the information on it.

At present, transition delays for the build in or build out do not allow the information to be visible for longer. I would imagine I need to do something with the action setting, but there are no delay options visible.

If anyone knows howto help, I'd be grateful.
