Does the app's subscription still shows as cancelled, and did you cancel it at least 24 hours prior to its auto-renewal ? Cancelling less than 24 hours is likely to result in payment still being due, in which you would have to try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will cancel it (purchases are considered final). If you don't think that you should have been charged contact iTunes Support e.g. via your purchase history
Hello. I downloaded an app called “Bright”. I didn’t use it for long time, I’ve deleted it on iPhone and deleted subscribe in settings, but the app continues trying to write off the payment. I get a lot of problems with it. I can’t download any apps in Appstore. What I have to do to delete this app? Can you help me with it?
