Is OS X Mountain Lion Still Available

Hi Guys

I want to restore my Late 2012 Retina MacBook Pro back to OS X Mountain Lion though Internet Recovery. I was wondering if OS X Mountain Lion is still a supported version of OS X I could downgrade to.

How to update mojave Hi guys, following a discussion with apple support i tried to erase my disk on a refurbished mac so i could upgrade from mojave to catalina, and when i erased it it took me to mountain lion, which i presume is a older version, is there anyway to go back to mojave?
