Yep. Me too... really weird things on both my MBP and iPhone SE.
AppleSamsungSPIController - this was in iPhone analytics under “stacks+screenshotsservicesservice”?!
Something called IRatcontroller has also appeared on my MBP.
Extensive googling has brought up a LOT of open source software etc, a bit of speculation, and not much else.
