I have an ipad and i asked someone to creat id for me and he did it but niw i have forgot everything and ipad is locked and id isnot showing in ipad just show forst letter following with stars. I dont know what he used in questions. How can i remove?

Can your brother not ask the person that he, for some reason, asked to create the account ?

Or, and if he was the original purchaser of the iPad (i.e. it wasn’t bought used), he could try going to an Apple Store (he should make a Genius Bar appointment if he does) or he could try contacting iTunes Support online (https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html) and see if they can remove the iPad from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it
