I just bought an iPad Pro to replace my iPad

When I got my new iPad Pro it would only let me restore it with my iPhone backup I didn’t even see my old iPad on my account and I had pictures and movies saved on that iPad how would I go a bought getting those thing off the old one and onto my new iPad Pro

What iOS is the pro running?


If your old iPad was running 11.2.6 and the new pro is running 11.2.5 then the pro needs to run the same iOS as the older ipad was.


And the very obvious question, you are using the same apple ID all the way round?
