contacts disappear and other problems

I have an iPhone 7 plus that is up to date. In my contacts.

I’ve deleted contacts and they come back?

I have one contact in the “W’ section that at one time had 100 duplicates?? Right now I have 26??? And even that one I’ve deleted all together and it always comes back????

I’ve added contacts and they disappear from the contacts. Yet if I do a search (in the search section on top) for them, I find them that way Only???

Its Very frustrating?????

Do I have to delete and start all over??? ;-/

missing contacts on iphone7 hi I have an Iphone 7, I just realized that most of my contacts(mostly recently added) are missing and I can't recover them. I updated my IOS after I realized the problem to 12.3.1 but it won't work and I still can't see my contacts. Please help me with this issue urgently , my contacts are so important for my work. P.s. how can I chat with a tech support online? I have done it before but now I don't find it on the official apple website.
