Cost of iPhone 6S System Restore/ Diagnostic Service?

I was advised by an Apple Tech to get my iPhone 6S, which is stuck in a boot loop and will not restore from home.

I know that some phone repair shops have Diagnostic Service repairs or System Restore repairs for $20-$30.

Does any know how much it would cost to get it done at the Apple Store?
