ipad is not getting started and is asking for restore from support.apple.com

Ipad is asking for restore from support.apple.com. showing sign of cable and device . i have been to apple service centre for restore but they denied that it is still showing the sign and not moving ahead. not gettingopened. Its been a year above i prchased ipad . they saying that it wont be repaired . how come apple authorised service centre cant repair device

Your iPad must be restored - but you should be able to do so without assistance:

You’ll need access to either a Windows PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac computer (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of MacOS).

Download and use iTunes for Windows – Apple Support

Update to the latest version of iTunes – Apple Support


Use of a PC or Mac computer is unavoidable. If you have difficulties with the restore process, this support page should help with troubleshooting:

If you can't update or restore your iPad - Apple Support


If you don’t have access to a suitable computer of your own, that of a helpful friend or family member will suffice. Alternatively, the technicians at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) will be delighted to assist.
