How can I cancel subscription?

Hi, I'm very distraught over my money slipping out to the app called "Ever Color". Following other instructions, I tried to cancel the subscription, but then I found out that there isn't any 'cancel subscription' button like the image below. It says it was expired (since I have no money in my apple ID balance) in last November, but doesn't get rid off my subscription category. Please help me out as soon as possible because I'm so desperate now 😟

P.S. Would it be possible to report this app?

It appears its already expired, back in November 2017 and is just offering the option to re-subscribe.

Also no need to double post. its better to continue in the same thread.
