Again, I have no clue what it is you are attempting to do. Probably it would be a good idea to erase your device, and start from scratch, but you are going to have to give me some help here. I cannot see your phone, I cannot see what you have or have not done.
Can you erase your device and then set it up by restoring it from a backup of your previous device?

It was asking for approval from another device signed in to icloud. I am now resetting keychain but it is running since 2 hours and not yet completed.
I'm sorry, but I do not see the connection between your getting it approved from another device that you are signed into iCloud on and resetting the keychain.
