Install free app

I tried to install a free app on my iphone using as a payment method, credit card, but the transaction was not completed saying I should contact itunes support.There are enough money on my credit card, so why this message? Thank you

Can not download app Hi! I’m using an iPhone X. the AppStore doesn’t allow me to download free applications because of my Credit card. it is written that i should verify my payment information. After the verification the message that “my credit company refused payment“ I can not do nothing. I have some limitations till middle of the may on the credit card, so the message is correct. But why should I fill my credit card info, if I download FREE software? How can I fix it, or how can I remove the present card?
