Question: Iphone replacement

My iphone 7 was having “No Service” issue, and the company has replaced only the phone and not accessories even if the accessories of old phone is working fine. Do the company also replace the accessories in this situation or not? Moreover, i didn’t get a sealed packed box from the service center

Hi ritika48,
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. To clarify, accessories would generally not be replaced as part of an iPhone service replacement (unless the accessory itself was the issue), as noted in the following article:

Get ready for iPhone service

  • Back up your iPhone with iCloud or iTunes. You'll need the backup to restore your content if we have to reset or replace your iPhone.
  • Make sure you know your Apple ID and password.

If you send in your iPhone, take these additional steps:

  • If your iPhone has a SIM card, take it out and keep it.
  • Keep your cables and other accessories when you get service.
  • See our complete instructions on how to prepare your iPhone for service.

They specifically package replacement devices that don't have the same accessories that come in a retail box. Even if they somehow decided to give you a replacement from a new retail box, they would probably hand you the phone itself and keep all the accessories and the box. When I got a Lightning cable replaced under warranty (an iPad Mini warranty specifically), I was given a cable from a retail box, but I wasn't allowed to keep any of the retail packaging. I was given a receipt though that gave me a full one year accessories warranty as an even exchange.
