whatsapp stuck at 99% while restoring from icloud

ibwas moving to new iphone , i didnpack up for 8 GB of data , but i had stucked up while retrieving on new iphone X at 99% then internet connection was down but it is work , then i found a disacussion on this issue but couldnt add a reply as i found why that happened my side. as here in china whatsapp is blocked , i got the retrieve done very quick just with a vpn and it wirks probably now

whatsapp restore I went to get a new battery put in today so everything had to be erased off my phone. when I got it back we did the iCloud restore and all my media and apps have restored except my WhatsApp which has been stuck half way through for some hours now. I just want to know if there's anything I could do. thanks

My WhatsApp restore is too slow when moving to new iPhone 13 pro, all applications has been restored successfully from iCloud except for WhatsApp. It been 3 days and yet restoration is not completed. Any suggestions? Thanks
