I entered a wrong heart rate in vitals of health app. How can I edit this entry

To my knowledge (I never used vital parameters on that app), you can delete wrong data you manually input, then add them back correctly.

Open Health app>Vital Parameters>Heart rate>Show all data.... and you should see EDIT on top-right, tap the data you want to delete, then tap on the "-" on red circle at left.

Then add the new correct data.
