my laptop has finally bitten the dust and I am looking to use an ipad that my wife also uses as my primary computer
I am looking to see if there is a way to have multiple iCloud accounts on 1 iPad
that way all of my contacts, bookmarks, and other iCloud synced data will be available to me on this shared iPad
I am interested in knowing what steps are needed to get this done

one more question, would i be able to use this iPad if i logged out of my wife's iCloud account and logged into my iCloud account?
Then when she needs to use it log out of my iCloud account and back into hers?

No, that will end up corrupting each other’s contacts, notes, and other iCloud syn’d content. All iOS devices are intended to be used by one person, using just that one persons AppleID.
If you want multiple accounts on a single Apple device, you need an Apple OS X computer.
