Notification sounds

Is there any way of changing the notification sound from Twitter and Instagram? I want to have the tweet sound for Twitter and Instagram, and from what I understand, it just automatically comes with the Tri-Tone sound. Frustrating! There is no way to change it in your "sounds" under the settings. Please Apple, please allow us to choose that, its so disappointing.
