problem updating from Yosemite to High Sierra

hi! it's been one and half a day that i'm trying to update my new macbook 2015 (which os is Yosemite) to High Sierra.. but every time i started to update it from the installer in app store it failed in the middle of instalation.

also it doesn't show the remaining time in the installer window.. i wonder if there is a problem with it or what! i really need to update my mac!

Can't upgrade my Macbook Pro from Mac OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5 to El Capitan or Sierra or High Sierra... I have a Mac Book Pro from late 2012. I haven't updated it in years... recently I wanted to upgrade my Mac from Mac Os X Yosemite to a higher version, but it doesn't seem to work? Every time I go the App Store and ask for updates, nothing happens... it gets stuck for some reason like on the screenshot I included here. Does anyone know what to do??
