I understand that you've imported your information from your old iPhone to your new one, but now you're not seeing your photos on either device. I'm happy to help with this issue.
First, check out iCloud.com to see if your photos are present there. If they are, make sure that iCloud Photo Library is enabled on both devices. You can see how to do that below:

If your photos aren't on iCloud.com, then they may still be in your most recent iOS backup. Check out the following article to restore the backup to your new iPhone:

Turn on iCloud Photo Library
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 10.3 or later, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos, then turn on iCloud Photo Library. In iOS 10.2 or earlier, go to Settings > iCloud > Photos.
