Do iPhone 7 have glitch in them that drops Verizon service?

My iPhone 7 has dropped service and it is not the carrier.

I just lost my cell carrier service. What happened? AT I have an iphone 13 that I purchased from the apple store. During the phone configuration, we had a problem so the support guy poped in the sim card rather than using the e-sim card. Loss of cellular service My I-phone just lost cellular service. It works with WiFi. I went to my cellular provider and the tested my SIM card, which is fine. This is has never happened before.
