Need help with installing (activating) Office 2016, forget to uninstall expired Office 365

Guys,

I forget to uninstall my expired license office 365 (student)

before I install office 2016 (Home & Business) on my Mac.

Because of that my office 2016 is not active or cannot be use.

Do you guys know how can I solve this issue?

Thanks

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

The following have information that may help. The first link is referring to Windows but it does have instructions on how to log out of Office 365 and deactivate the license: Switch from MS Office 365 to MS Office Home & Student 2016 - Microsoft Community

Then, to uninstall, rather than using the Windows Control Panel as described in that link, use the following:

Uninstall Office 2011 for Mac - Office Support

Uninstall Office 2016 for Mac - Office Support
