Family information is not available

We had the same issue and resolved it by turning on Cellular Data. Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data was turned off. After turning it on, location services and Family Sharing worked fine.

Right - Family info and Trusted Devices info requires Wifi in order to be seen.

Not on iPhone X I got the same message on my dons iPhone 7+ but my X was showing the list and neither was connected to wifi

Try logging out of the device and log back in.
