Recent update did not go well.

If anyone can help it’ll be greatly appreciated. I cannot reinstall any os, even lion. Below is a pic of my diskutil list:

Bad pic sorry but my disks go up to 18 with th same info.

MacBook, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
